Lead Outside of School Hours Care Service

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead our Outside of School Hours Care service, creating engaging experiences for children aged 5-12 years.

The successful candidate will be the face of our organization within the school community, fostering positive relationships and providing exceptional care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and deliver enriching programs that cater to the diverse needs of children in our care.
  • School Community Liaison: Build strong connections with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Mentorship and Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to staff members, helping them grow professionally and develop their skills within the industry.
  • Compliance and Operations: Oversee administrative tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to maintain a smooth operation.
About You

You should have a genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While experience in childcare or OSHC is preferred, we welcome applicants from related fields who share our vision.

Key Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in teaching, childcare, community services, or similar field.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, including HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and relevant certificates.
