As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on the children, parents, and team.Involved: Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies.Innovation: Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your programGenuine: Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.Fun: Play and have FUN with primary school aged childrenRemarkable: Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.The Successful Candidate Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you
