You will work on-site and under the mentorship of an experienced contracts administrator, responsible for several key tasks:

  • Supporting the project team in managing head and subcontract variations.
  • Managing subcontractor/supplier claims processes according to the subcontract and HCA systems.
  • Assisting with compiling monthly reports.

You will receive internal and external training opportunities to support and develop your career path.

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you should have recently completed a degree in Construction Management/Building or a related field.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment. You must have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and willing to learn new skills on the job.

Requirements

A police check is required for this role, and you may be required to obtain a working with children check.
