Apprentice Gardener Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Landscape Gardener. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the chance to contribute to exciting projects in high-end residential settings.

You will work alongside experienced horticulturists to develop your skills and gain practical knowledge in all aspects of garden maintenance, including planting, irrigation, and turf management.

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice proper pruning, trimming, and weeding techniques, participate in soil preparation, composting, and fertilization activities, and contribute to the design and layout of outdoor spaces under the guidance of senior team members.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and gardens, be committed to an apprenticeship (not just a job), and be willing to learn. They should also be punctual, have a great work ethic, be well-presented and physically fit, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a sense of humour.

Benefits include working within a team that loves what they do and has fun doing it, above award wage ($20-$30 per hour), and attending College of TAFE one day per week to study Certificate 3 in Horticulture Parks and Gardens.
