Retail Store Manager - Concession Location

At Country Road Group, we're looking for a skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team in one of our concession locations. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building a high-performing team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, drive customer engagement, and maintain store appearance
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive business results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising to maximize sales and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, share best practices, and leverage expertise
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in a concession location
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs
