As a Biddable Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive business results.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute biddable media strategies for assigned products or categories.
  2. Provide strategic direction and recommendations on biddable campaigns across SEM, programmatic, social, and affiliate channels.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI, CPA, CTR, CPO's and other key metrics.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 Biddable Analysts, providing support and guidance to help them excel in their roles and grow professionally.
  5. Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefing responses to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of campaign objectives, updates, and expectations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a biddable specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic technologies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
