Do you know how to write ad copy and create visuals that capture interest and convert into a lead? Do you have experience setting up effective e-commerce campaigns on Meta & Google?

We're looking to add to our Paid Ads Marketing Team We're seeking someone who is eager to learn and has experience in running Meta Lead Generation Ads + E-commerce conversions to join our work family

This role is focused on building lead generation campaigns, + traffic, reach and of course e-commerce ads that convert across a broad range of industries.

This is your opportunity to join a bespoke Social Media Marketing Agency with plenty of growth opportunity.

Your core responsibilities:
Preparing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad creative, including copy, images, and short videos (more creatives provided by our content team)

Building Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad campaigns to meet the client’s goals, there's no one size fits all approach.

Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ad campaign set up, including pixel setup, audience management, split testing, etc

Giving direction to our web team to create landing pages for lead generation, bookings & purchases for increased conversions.

Tracking and managing client budgets for multiple clients consecutively.

Working with your team and collaborating on ideas, promotions and workflow support

Communicating with your clients and supporting your team members.

Reporting with summary of recommendations.

Skills we look out for with experienced recruits:
Meta Ads Manager experience

Experience with lead generation Meta Ad campaigns

Experience with e-comm campaigns (google ads experience a bonus)

Interpreting Meta Ad metrics, Analytics, and data

Setting up and troubleshooting Meta Pixels, Conversion Events, Domain Verification, etc

Copywriting skills

Ability to spot problem areas in a campaign and troubleshoot to optimise

Ability to work with deadlines and deal with client demands

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent organisational, time management, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills

Ability to scope, plan and complete tasks both autonomously and collaboratively

Ability to self-learn when and if required with updated or new platforms, and integrations on the go, along with a drive for education and learning new & best practice information

You take pride in the campaigns you build and the results you deliver, always striving to increase ROI and overall profitability

Accountable for jobs, actions, and even errors that may have happened in the process

What we offer

Starting salary of $70k + Super with a 10% bump after first 6 month review.

The role is an in office full-time position. The hours & pay package will be tailored based on the skills you have.

Our agency is based in Top Ryde City Centre and we currently have a dedicated team who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in their roles.

Our team and office have a great vibe, with the perfect mix of fun and efficiency. You will have access to support and guidance when you need it. This role is an on-site role and we do not offer work-from-home as an alternative as we do heavily rely on team involvement. We have bus stops within walking distance along with on-site car parking in the centre.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
