- Manage brand performance across key national accounts by analyzing stock performance and advising on replenishment or clearance.
- Build and execute seasonal product and range strategies that drive profitable sales growth across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with buyers, planners, and internal teams to align on brand direction and deliver regular reporting, forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with retailers across outdoor, travel, lifestyle, and department store channels to identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, and digital.

- Previous experience in brand, product, or account management is required along with a background in outdoor, lifestyle, footwear, or luggage categories.
- Proven ability to manage major retail and/or e-commerce accounts with a strong commercial mindset and confidence in data, sales, and stock analysis is necessary.
- Experience in campaign execution, product feedback, and POS development is beneficial for collaboration and high attention to detail.
