Your Role: Digital Account Manager
Overview: We're seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies, and drive business growth. Your goal is to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients on a regular basis.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of SME and enterprise clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Digital Analysts and Strategists to plan and execute strategies that align with client goals.
- Project Management: Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
- Client Communication: Clearly articulate campaign data and performance statistics to clients.
- Client Education: Position yourself as a trusted advisor by educating clients on digital marketing strategies and opportunities.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry news and trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Opportunity Identification: Actively seek opportunities to upgrade and upsell services that add value to clients' businesses.
- Growth and Revenue: Ensure portfolio growth and continued revenue generation.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve client satisfaction targets and growth goals.
- Successfully manage and execute digital strategies.
- Expand client portfolio and identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Results-driven with the ability to meet KPIs.
- Understanding of PPC, SEO, social media, and digital marketing solutions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to create rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude with a creative approach to problem-solving.
