We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practitioner to join our team, where you will support individuals with acquired brain injuries and psychosocial disabilities in achieving their personal goals. This part-time position is based in Geelong, and offers the opportunity for career growth and professional development.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will facilitate client participation in group and individual-based supports and community activities, empowering clients to be independent through fostering self-confidence and resilience. You will also provide personal care and assist clients in undertaking daily activities.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to the rights of people with disabilities.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health
  • First Aid Level II within 3 months of commencement
  • Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook
  • Full Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A medical check stating capacity to function in the required role
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
