Our focus is on building strong relationships with our clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing tailored support plans that cater to their individual requirements.

As a disability support worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, such as personal care, domestic support, and mobility assistance, while promoting independence, dignity, and respect for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living assistance, including personal care, domestic support, and mobility assistance
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans, working closely with clients and their families
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure client needs are being met and support plans are effective
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

**What You'll Need:**

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (current)
  • Working with Children Check (current)
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
  • First Aid and CPR (current)
