Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing needs and providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure a safe return to work for Kairros clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A willingness to travel with current vehicle and driver's license
  • Qualifications and relevant registration in Rehabilitation Counselling
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards diverse cultural groups
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to consistently provide high-level customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and time management
