Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications and Sustainability Specialist to provide support to our investor relations and communications function. This role would suit someone with extensive experience in executive administration and corporate communications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of investor and other stakeholder presentations, reports, and materials
  • Provide executive support and administration, including diary and email management, expense management, and processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Use of Miraqle and Nasdaq database to log meetings and create briefing books
  • Maintain in-house marketing collateral, including corporate and LinkedIn websites
  • Draft and edit relevant communication, including press releases, media statements, and social media posts
  • Project manage external events, including asset tours and annual general meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and overseas travel and meetings for investor relations and roadshows
  • Assist with the preparation of IR Board and management reports
  • Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organizations
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar corporate communications or executive administration role
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in design programs, including PowerPoint and InDesign
  • Confident communication (written and verbal) and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
