Job Title: Portfolio Marketing Strategist - Mother & Child + Beauty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing planning & strategy, activation and execution, portfolio lifecycle management with full accountability for business outcomes.
  • Oversee market share and category analysis, shape business strategy, and launch new products to position our brands as leaders in their respective categories.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that meet sales, market share, and profit objectives across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Manage the portfolio toward KPIs, including market share and brand preference, and drive corrective actions where needed.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and experience in a similar brand or marketing role from either technology, specialty consumer, FMCG or healthcare domain.
  • Strong data analytics experience to build and drive effective marketing strategies and results.
  • Excellent communication and ability to navigate a matrix organization.
  • Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
