Technical Lead: Mechanical ProjectsAbout This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the design, procurement, and construction of key mechanical components for a major project in Western Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of a landmark urea plant for a leading industry player.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the technical aspects of the Material Handling Package, ensuring seamless integration with other project elements.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to support project outcomes, aligning with agreed project budgets and schedules.
  • Lead the production of high-quality engineering design deliverables, adhering to technically acceptable standards and best practices.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, working within the framework of company policies and procedures.
Your Ideal Background
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering or construction environment.
  • Proven expertise in determining site layouts, providing engineering input to design modeling, reviewing geotechnical reports, and designing foundations and retaining structures.
  • The ability to integrate seamlessly into a project team at any stage of its lifecycle.
  • Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently to achieve results.
  • General computer literacy skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
