Job Description

A Protection and Safety Specialist at MSS Security Pty Ltd will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, employees, contractors, and visitors. This role requires a high level of focus, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protecting the premises, employees, contractors, and visitors from any potential threats or hazards;
  • Maintaining a high level of awareness and vigilance while on duty;
  • Using effective communication methods to report incidents and issues in a timely manner;
  • Ensuring that all site-specific requirements are met and exceeded;
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times;
  • Identifying and rectifying potential safety risks;
  • Complying with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies;
  • Participating in regular training programs to enhance knowledge and skills;
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a security-related role;
  • Relevant certifications, such as a security officer certification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays;
