The Key Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Safely lifting and moving goods to the truck
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting the driver to pack the truck securely and safely to minimize shifts and damage
  • Keeping the truck clean and tidy, reporting any maintenance issues
  • Assisting with setting up and packing down of the truck where required

A proactive attitude, safety consciousness, and ability to take initiative are essential for this role. Forklift and car trailer driving experience is highly regarded.
