About the Role

We are seeking a talented legal professional to join our high-performing Legal team, focusing on supporting various business areas and functions such as procurement and technology.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who is eager to gain broad commercial exposure while also having the opportunity to advise on more specialist issues such as privacy and emerging technology.

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Legal team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality legal support across the business.
  • Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organisation.
About You

You are a collaborative and adaptable legal professional who is keen to learn and ready to take on a wide range of matters. You are comfortable working with different stakeholders, enjoy variety in your work, and can balance attention to detail with a pragmatic and commercial approach.

You bring:

  • Post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, gained in-house and/or in private practice.
  • A willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues, transactions, projects and business areas.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An adaptable, proactive mindset and eagerness to keep developing your legal skills.
