How would you like to enjoy coming to work? (We are looking for someone who is happy to come into our North Lakes office to hang out more often than not, although we all work from home on Fridays.)

We have a true team environment where we support each other and pick up or mentor when something might otherwise end up in the "too hard" basket. Hierarchy is just not us.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer or Paralegal with a passion for looking after small to medium businesses. If you've had the experience of running a business, all the better

We value a practical, plain English approach that gives our clients a clear solution or way forward. By 'plain English' we mean if it would sound silly saying it loud to someone, don't put it in an email You'll also be one of the people answering the office phone, so you need to be comfortable talking with strangers.

Business sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, trusts and shareholder agreements, and IP are all areas where experience is desired, and you can provide the most support right now.

We will provide you with:

As a minimum, you are required to have:

·5 years PQE

·eligibility for a current unrestricted Australian practising certificate

·willingness to operate a paperless environment
