Dental Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain positive relationships by delivering exceptional service to our patients.
- Prepare patients and treatment areas for dental procedures.
- Provide quality chairside assistance to our dental professionals.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Implement and uphold infection control standards and procedures.
- Manage patient care from initial contact through to follow-up.
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Able to address challenges independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for customer service and patient care.
- Capability to maintain an organized environment with a systematic approach.
- Ability to establish rapport with patients in a friendly and approachable manner.
