The role of Cultural Experiences Leader is a unique opportunity to develop and implement engaging cultural programs and experiences that promote literacy, creativity, and community engagement. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for managing service points, creating dynamic and inclusive programs, workshops, learning experiences, and creative events that connect people with culture and each other.
This role requires a person who is passionate about fostering community engagement and has experience in facility management, leadership, and project management. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver contemporary business plans, drive community engagement, and ensure our cultural hubs are welcoming, innovative, and well-utilised spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cultural programs and experiences that promote literacy, creativity, and community engagement.
- Manage service points and create dynamic and inclusive programs, workshops, learning experiences, and creative events.
- Work closely with the team to deliver contemporary business plans and drive community engagement.
- Ensure our cultural hubs are welcoming, innovative, and well-utilised spaces.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Library & Information Studies, Arts Administration, Museum/Heritage Studies, or a similar area.
- Experience in facility management, leadership, and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
