Community Outreach Specialist
Job Description:The Community Outreach Specialist will be responsible for fostering connections with diverse communities and promoting engagement in services and activities provided within the health district.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community members.
- Lead consumer participation through community events and digital engagements.
- Strengthen relationships with community stakeholders and ensure their involvement in service planning and delivery.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in social science, communications or a health-related field, as well as demonstrated knowledge and appreciation of community outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster connections with diverse communities and promote engagement in services and activities.
