Job Opportunity: Facades Project Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project administrator to support the delivery of multiple projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in proposal preparation, submissions, reports, and other project documentation.
- Proofread and format company documents, including submissions, reports, letters, and more.
- Consolidate and upload submission documents through various tender portals.
- Maintain database subscriptions and ensure accuracy.
- Utilize Teambinder, Aconex, and other programs for project document control.
- Prepare subconsultant appointment letters and purchase orders.
- Create and maintain staff CVs for projects and general submissions.
- Develop Project Data Sheets for marketing campaigns and submissions.
- Administer Project QA throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist project managers with tasks such as meeting scheduling, agendas, attending meetings, minutes taking, time reporting, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- A high level of initiative and solutions-driven attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A sound understanding of document control procedures.
Benefits:
You will enjoy collaboration with various stakeholders, building rapport quickly, and have experience in an administrative or similar role. Experience with BST Enterprise and QDMS document control software is desirable though not essential.
