LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is a home-grown Australian boutique services company operating in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Newcastle, Mackay, and Cairns. We provide highly-trained staff across various roles including Housekeeping, Rooms, and Public Areas.

About the Role...

We are currently seeking experienced Housekeeping Managers to head up our teams in multiple locations across Australia. The role involves managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required :
  • Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment.
About You...

To be successful in the role, you must :

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills: lead the team, drive performance and productivity.
  • Be available to work on a rotating roster when required.
  • Possess full Australian working rights.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and standards.
  • Show strong management and organizational skills.
  • Have experience managing staff, including recruitment, development, rostering, and performance improvement.
  • Have a solid understanding of workplace safety policies and responsibilities.
  • Manage room counts, payroll, and daily compliance with the Hospitality Industry General Award.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing processes (highly desirable).

To succeed, you will need the following skills and attributes :

  • Passionate, consistent, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and build relationships with internal hotel teams.
  • Proven leadership to drive performance, quality, and productivity.
  • Knowledge of maintaining high standards of housekeeping procedures per client and industry regulations.
  • Experience in managing staff performance, including training and development.
  • Excellent time management skills.
