
Business Development Administrator

Seeking a part-time Lead and Administrative Support professional to join our fast-growing business.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and possess strong organizational abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Generating leads and converting phone calls and internet enquiries into qualified appointments for Sales Consultants
- Scheduling sales appointments and assigning them directly to the Consultants
- Working closely with the Service & Installation team for scheduling purposes
- Inputting data in the system (MYOB software & Excel sheet)
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date internet lead database by verifying and updating information
- Providing product information to customers through answering questions and training on product knowledge
- Upselling products and converting showroom walk-ins into appointments
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers through exceptional service
- Attending training sessions to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities as required
- Recording key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintaining office equipment operational and reporting any malfunctions
- Providing administrative support as needed
