Role Summary:
\Abstract of the NDIS Service Coordinator position at InLife, an innovative and rapidly growing social enterprise. We are seeking a driven individual who can lead a team of support workers to empower people with disabilities in their homes and community.Job Description:\We are looking for a highly skilled NDIS Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading support for individuals with disabilities within their homes, shared accommodation, and in the community. They will also be responsible for mentoring and providing leadership on a day-to-day basis to the team.
\The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and external stakeholders. They will also be able to use technology to share and communicate information and ensure accurate data reporting.
\In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
\We offer a competitive salary plus superannuation, as well as access to attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications:\- \
- A relevant qualification in Community Services or Case Management (or equivalent)\
- Experience in leading a team and supervising the work of others\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
- Ability to use technology to share and communicate information\
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and resourceful\
- Possess a high level of integrity, passion, and reliability\
- An advocate for independence\
- Current Victorian Driver's License\
