About the Administrative Assistant Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our school as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide timely and effective administrative support to the leadership team.
]The successful candidate will handle routine administrative tasks, assist in resolving basic issues, and refer more complex matters to the appropriate supervisor. You will also be responsible for front-of-house and community officer duties, working alongside an experienced colleague to manage various school-based administrative functions.
]Familiarity with systems such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is highly desirable to support success in this role.
]Your Key Responsibilities
]- Responding to student and parent enquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email communication
- Relaying messages to students and staff
- Undertaking enrolment processes
- Managing records, filing, and use of internal communication systems
- Supporting the exit process for students leaving the school
- Late and early departures, sick bay, and administrative appointments
- Organising events and activities
- Monitoring attendance and following up on responses
- Other duties as directed by the leadership team
