This is a 12-month opportunity to lead surveillance and compliance work for wholesale market intermediaries and issuers in private markets, focusing on private credit and equity funds.

The Role:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of intermediaries and issuers to ensure compliance with regulations through on-site surveillance and desk-based assessments.
  • Provide expert analysis, evaluation, and guidance on technical issues related to private markets, emerging trends, and risks.
  • Draft high-quality reports on surveillance findings, memoranda recommending regulatory actions, and briefings to senior leaders.
  • Lead and manage complex surveillance projects to deliver timely outcomes.

About the Position:
