Unique opportunity to join the Private Tax team in Australia to make an impact that matters by working on some of Australia's largest and highly regarded privately owned businesses and family offices. 

What will your typical day look like?

As an Analyst, you will work with our Private Tax team to manage complex corporate tax compliance obligations for our privately owned client groups. In addition, you will also provide tax advisory services to our private clients that will assist them in making timely strategic decisions in a constantly evolving tax environment.

Expect every day to be different – assist a client with their complex income tax compliance on one day and work on complex tax advice on another.  Be part of a high-performing and fast-growing team that really love what they do and be mentored by some of the best in this field. 

This specialist opportunity in our Private Tax team utilises our global tax network and serves our firms largest and most complex clients. You will focus on delivering high quality, value adding work to some of Australia's most iconic privately owned businesses and family offices. 

You will have many opportunities to advise on complex projects and assignments and managing the ongoing tax needs for businesses. You will advise some of Australia's largest privately owned businesses and family offices on a wide range of income tax matters.

About our team

Our Private Tax team is focused on providing expert tax advice and services to some of the region's largest and most highly regarded businesses. Working on corporate and international tax transactions, M&A and restructures you will be exposed to the day to day tax affairs of some of Australia's most complicated entities.

We're looking for someone with: 

• Degree qualifications in Commerce and/or Law
• 1.5+ years' experience in professional services environment
• A zest for collaborating with clients and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide holistic and commercially appropriate tax solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm and a passion to succeed and for learning
• A self-starter attitude with an ability to drive results
