  Your Mission
  
  As a Client Service Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Private Wealth division. You will work closely with a Financial Adviser to ensure an exceptional standard of service is delivered to our clients. Your role will be crucial in managing client workflows, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to a Financial Adviser, managing client administration and service delivery.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation for client meetings, including Statements of Advice (SOAs), review packs, and follow-up tasks.
  • Manage implementation of advice and ongoing client requests with accuracy and urgency.
  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Maintain client records in accordance with compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive greater efficiency and consistency.
    
    
  About You
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a client services or adviser support role within financial planning or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial advice processes, compliance obligations, and client engagement best practices.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Professional, articulate communicator with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficient with financial planning software (e.g. Xplan), MS Office Suite, and CRM systems.
  • A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
