Job Title:

Digital Delivery Lead


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing projects & conversion rate optimisation initiatives within our Digital Operations team.


Responsibilities:
  1. Drive increase in conversion rate by optimising online sales channel, campaigns, and experiences.
  2. Responsible for the experimentation and optimisation roadmap within your team; including personalisation, A/B testing and behavioural economics.
  3. Project manage the execution of digital projects, from planning, briefing and design to deployment and analysis. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and responses to the project stakeholders, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project.
  4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand initiatives, business needs and priority, bringing in these to your squad to deliver.
  5. Work with a team of talented digital experts to develop and execute digital strategies that align with business objectives, using a data-driven approach to measure and optimise campaign performance.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or project management, with a proven track record of executing successful projects and campaigns.
  2. Solid understanding of digital marketing solutions, the production process and the technologies that underpin these solutions.
  3. Experience working with web developers, digital producers, visual designers, and copywriters to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns through an agile framework.
  4. Strong project management and planning skills, you are excellent at problem solving.
