Key Responsibilities- Face-to-face therapy sessions or telehealth where necessary
- Planning for therapy sessions
- Documentation of therapy sessions, phone calls, and meetings
- Assessments, including Sensory Profiles and Home Modifications
- Creating take-home resources for participants
- Developing treatment plans based on medical diagnoses
- Mobilizing and manipulating muscles and joints
- Providing treatment using OT and rehabilitation equipment
- Keeping updated patient records
Dedicated admin team, dedicated HR and finance team, team leaders, and team manager in each department. Fully stocked clinics with resources, ability to have resource packs made up to travel within the community, and back-end processes in place to make daily work easier.
