Job Title: Terminal Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop teams to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient ground handling services.
  • Drive improvement across service quality, safety, and operational performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airline partners and ensure seamless operations across customer service and ramp functions.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, free from bullying, discrimination, and harassment.
  • Achieve operational KPIs including on-time performance, baggage handling, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
  • Ensure safe working practices through proactive leadership and risk management.

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience in aviation or a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong background in ramp operations and supervisory functions.
  • Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of airline handling manuals, dangerous goods, and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in managing emergency response procedures and maintaining security standards.
