Leadership Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant Store Leader. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Leader in driving customer experience, people development, and operational functions of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve targets with your team by fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date on the latest product knowledge.
  • Assist in training, developing, and succession planning of your team members by identifying their strengths and weaknesses, creating personalized development plans, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • SUPPORT daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping by implementing efficient processes, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Deliver a phenomenal in-store experience and influence the local active community through events, campaigns, and collaborations by building strong relationships with customers and partners, promoting products and services effectively, and staying connected with local trends and initiatives.
