Cyber Security Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join our team. As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating current Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices.

  • Evaluating current IDAM and GRC practices
  • Identifying gaps and recommending improvements
  • Implementing IDAM frameworks
  • Deploying GRC frameworks
  • Working closely with stakeholders

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Australian citizenship
  • Active AGSVA Baseline Clearance (NV1 preferred or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a consulting or similar role focused on IDAM/GRC security
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HANA system architecture, database security, and user authorization
  • Experience with SAP GRC Access Controls modules (ARM, BRM, EAM, ARA)
  • Familiarity with SAP IdM and general administration within the IdM toolset
  • Certification in SAP HANA or related fields (desirable)
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud Platform (desirable)
  • Understanding of threat modeling, secure coding practices, and security testing tools
  • Passionate, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
