Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Plymouth, supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate pre-tender infrastructure estimates, including cost planning and modelling of design options.
  • Prepare cost input for monthly reports to clients and project management.
  • Review cost plans produced by subcontractors and develop agreed baseline budgets.
  • Monitor and report on subcontract costs, man-hours, and future trends.
Requirements:
  • MCIOB, MRICS, or equivalent preferred, or working towards RICS chartership.
  • Demonstrable quantity surveying experience in a construction environment.
  • NEC3 or NEC4 contracting experience.

Please note that due to the security nature of this role, offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining SC security clearance.
