
Roster Scheduler

We are seeking a skilled Roster Coordinator to support our rostering functions by working collaboratively with stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable provision of quality care across Residential Care homes.
Main Responsibilities- Schedule employees based on business needs to maximize efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant awards and industrial instruments
- Maintain accurate records and databases to inform rostering decisions
- Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling or a related field
- Proven ability to use Microsoft Office suite programs efficiently
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
