Delivering exceptional wealth management outcomes requires a deep understanding of our clients' needs and goals. As Executive Manager Private Wealth Distribution, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals to provide holistic solutions that cater to the complex financial requirements of high net worth individuals.

The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in banking and wealth management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams. Strong relationship management skills, combined with expertise in wealth management solutions and regulation, are essential for this role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive referrals where appropriate. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and develop an effective distribution framework that underpins our private wealth value proposition.

To be successful in this position, you will possess:

  • Leadership experience in banking and wealth management, preferably in the high net worth segment
  • RG 146 training in Securities, Bonds, and Managed Investments
  • Relationship management experience in managing high net worth client portfolios
  • Experience in wealth management solutions and regulation relating to the wholesale and sophisticated investor segment
  • Proven strong leadership, motivational, analytical, planning, communications, organizational, problem-solving, managerial, and customer service skills
