**About the Role**

The Principal will lead our school community in a collaborative, cohesive and inclusive environment. They will foster strong relationships with students, parents and staff, promoting a culture of trust, respect and open communication.

**Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced small school leader to take on the challenge of continuing the foundational work done by our first Principal. The successful applicant will be able to instil trust, confidence and cohesion within a staff team.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Able to instil trust, confidence and cohesion within a staff team.
  • Effective organisational skills to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the school and maintain its culture of being a close-knit, caring community.
  • Current working knowledge of NESA registration and accreditation requirements for non-government schools, and able to move the school into Years 10-12.
  • Current working knowledge of Child Protection, including investigation and reporting practices.
**Requirements**
  • Committed, practising evangelical Christians.
  • Exemplary teaching skills.
  • Proven management and human relations qualities.
  • Demonstrated expertise working with groups to develop initiatives.
**What We Offer**

We provide housing on site with only a minimal charge to cover utilities for teaching staff who are non-local residents relocating to Brewarrina.
