Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading and managing a team to achieve academic excellence and maintain a positive school environment.
2. Maintaining the school's ethos and values, while promoting a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes, particularly in areas such as curriculum development and accreditation requirements.
4. Working closely with teachers, parents, and the wider community to promote educational excellence.

The successful applicant will be a committed, practising Christian with exemplary teaching skills, administrative expertise, and proven management and human relations qualities. They will also have a highly developed knowledge of curriculum, an organised disposition, and a commitment to Christian education principles.
