Job Description

At Woolies, we're on the lookout for friendly faces to join our team. Our Team Members are the face of the store and bring to life everyday what we're famous for - our friendly service.

Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting stock on shelves, putting fresh Fruit & Veg on display, to picking orders for online customers and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave the store with their shopping.

">Responsibilities:
  • Greet and acknowledge customers, showing care and thanking them for shopping at Woolies.
  • Stick to policies and procedures to ensure safety, including looking out for and reporting hazards.
  • Help customers by answering questions or taking them to products they're looking for throughout their shopping journey.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey.
  • Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
