Payment Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payment Solutions Specialist to drive the evolution of our payment solutions. As a key member of our team, you will combine strategic product leadership with deep analytical expertise to enhance merchant experiences and streamline payment operations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment processing and merchant services, with a proven track record of launching successful financial products. You will be responsible for leading product strategy and roadmap for payment processing solutions, owning the product backlog and feature prioritization, transforming merchant feedback into powerful solutions, guiding development teams through successful product delivery, tracking and optimizing key performance metrics.

  • Lead Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute product strategies that meet the evolving needs of our merchants and stakeholders.
  • Own the Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
  • Transform Merchant Feedback: Use merchant feedback to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Guide Development Teams: Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Track and Optimize Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize product performance and improve business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ Years Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or business analysis.
  • Deep Understanding of Payment Processing: Strong background in payment processing and merchant services.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Abilities: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of launching successful financial products and driving business growth.
