About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Content Specialist with expertise in cybersecurity and data protection to develop and maintain high-quality, practical legal content.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience as a practicing lawyer in Australia, with a strong understanding of the practical processes in a lawyer's workflow as relates to Criminal law practice.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating practically-focused content for our popular Practical Guidance product, collaborating with external specialist authors to create new materials, and supporting Relationship Managers to build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Post-qualification experience: 3+ years

  • Australian legal practice background with experience or strong interest in data privacy and/or cybersecurity

  • Excellent communication and plain-English writing skills

  • Aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
