  • Provide process engineering support to Operations to ensure process units operate within safe and reliable limits, and lead investigations when those limits are breached.
  • Offer daily process engineering assistance for the designated refinery asset area to achieve production goals and maintain product quality standards.
  • Initiate and oversee Management of Change (MoC) activities to ensure ongoing safe and reliable operations.
  • Submit and manage CAPEX and OPEX requests for improvement projects that enhance yield, energy efficiency, commercial value, or safety.
  • Investigate deviations from the production plan and recommend necessary adjustments to Operations.
  • Suggest task assignments for process support engineers to the Process & Control Superintendent and collaborate with engineers across various timeframes to implement enhancements.

  • Assist Operations and Maintenance in diagnosing equipment failures and addressing performance issues.
