Casual Customer Service Role

We are seeking a flexible and reliable individual to join our team as a Casual Console Operator. This role involves working across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings, to provide excellent customer service to our holiday guests and regular customers.

As a Console Operator, you will be the face of our brand, delivering outstanding service and creating a great customer experience. Your responsibilities will include making coffee, processing sales, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will be required to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as rostered, and will need to be punctual and reliable.

About the Job

This is a casual role, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our holiday guests and regular customers
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming space at all times
  • Restock shelves and supplies as needed
  • Process sales and handle cash transactions
  • Make coffee and other beverages for our customers
