Data Science Enablement Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Enablement Manager to support the Machine Learning Product Owner in driving the development of Machine Learning capability, processes, practices, and Governance.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute the product vision and roadmap for Machine Learning Operations. This includes identifying process gaps in Data Science Model Design, Delivery, and Operations and continuously improving processes by introducing frameworks and best practices.
Main responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining an ML governance framework that aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the candidate will ensure ML models and processes comply with data protection, privacy, and other regulatory requirements.
Key objectives include developing an in-depth understanding of business priorities and how Machine Learning capability should grow to support delivery of Sportsbet Strategy. The individual will also assist in the delivery of ML Ops Roadmap through programmatic initiatives to enable ML Platform delivery and ML Operations.
Furthermore, the role involves understanding and implementing pre-delivery Test and Evaluation methods, championing Change management when it comes to Machine Learning Best Practice adoption, and working closely with Risk, Compliance, and Privacy functions to build out Machine Learning and AI Ethics principles and framework.
