Job Opportunity

The role is pivotal in designing and delivering advanced Data Science and AI projects that create significant business value.

You will work across the full delivery lifecycle, from prototypes and pilots to scalable, production-grade solutions embedded in core systems.

Additionally, you will help shape the company's AI ecosystem, contributing to platform development, tooling, and best-practice frameworks.

  • Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Actuarial, Engineering, Maths)
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree (Masters or PhD) in a relevant data science/statistical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • 7+ years experience in Data Science, AI, or closely related fields
  • Proven experience developing and productionising ML pipelines
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML pipeline optimisation
  • Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and neural networks
  • Experience with Databricks (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Generative AI and experience building prototypes or POCs (mandatory)
