We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Engineering Director to join our team. As a key member of our engineering operations team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class engineering support to our clients, driving quality, optimizing costs, and reducing carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet our clients' needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering operations and implement process improvements
  • Lead the development and deployment of engineering standards and procedures
  • Support the implementation of our JLL Client Assurance Program (JCAP)
  • Work closely with our APAC Engineering Solutions lead, Sales and Solutions Development teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering operations in IFM
  • University degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or civil)
  • Direct experience leading/managing others
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience driving and deploying large-scale initiatives and programs
