We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer who will play a crucial role in delivering precise and insightful reporting to support strategic business decisions. This position involves the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of our data warehouse and internal databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored data analysis and reporting solutions to meet specific organizational requirements.
  • Design, implement, and refine reporting solutions using Power BI and Cognos, including writing complex SQL queries with T-SQL and Informix SQL.
  • Create and manage ETL processes utilizing Microsoft SSIS, SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, and other relevant technologies.
  • Conduct data studies that integrate information from various sources to identify trends and generate clear, actionable insights.
  • Offer strategic advice and recommendations for business strategies and operational enhancements through regular dashboards, reports, and briefings based on data analysis and best practices.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in developing reporting solutions using Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in T-SQL for query development.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining Tabular models (Analysis Services or Power BI).
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to translate data into business insights.
  • Ability to identify trends and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
  • Relevant IT or Business degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Logic Apps and/or SQL Server Integration Services.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Pronto-Xi or similar.
