Senior Agribusiness Valuer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agribusiness Valuer to join our high-performing team based in Perth, Australia. As a key member of the national Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will work on some of Australia's best assets and contribute to one of the most highly regarded valuation platforms in the country.

You will have extensive experience in valuing rural property types including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure and water entitlements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Registered Valuer with the Australian Property Institute (API) and strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities
  • Valuate a broad selection of agribusiness-based properties
  • Provide quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients with exceptional valuation delivery and quality assurance
  • Collaborate extensively with the Agribusiness Transaction team
  • Travel to regional/remote areas of WA to conduct site visits
  • Implement marketing initiatives and contribute to business development and client engagement
  • Collaborate with other service lines across Colliers and complete valuation work for mutual clients
  • Seek and refer opportunities to other geographic locations and product lines
Requirements
  • Associate Member of the API
  • Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Valid Australian drivers' license
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions

This role offers a competitive salary package of approximately $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as bonuses, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
